The Health and Social Insurance Fund (CNAMGS) proceeded to the identification of the grantees. The survey allowed the discovery of massive fraudulent grantees.

The CNAMGS decided to immediately suspend the grant allocated to the dishonest civil servants. Some of them, unhappy assaulted the CNAMGS Headquarter and called it an injustice.

The figures are huge; roughly 60 000 parents received the grant for non-existent children. For the CNAMGS General Director Michel Mboussou parents used this strategy to cheat the Fund.

About 37 000 grown up kids were still illegally receiving family allocation. This massive fraudulence would cost more than 300 million CFA Francs to the Government.
Some of them were seized with fake IDs during enrolment campaign. They were sent to the prosecutor for ID fake usage.
