FSBO launches the “Safety first” campaign

The Sylvia Bongo Ondimba Foundation for the Family (FSBO) announced last Tuesday in Libreville the launch of a sensitizing campaign against HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and early pregnancy Infections dubbed "Safety first" from March 11 to April 26.

"This campaign, far from being moralistic, aims to raise youth’s awareness in our youth the risks incurred by sex without protection through playful media and proximity”, said Catherine Engonhan, the FSBO Communication Director during a press conference. ’’

The Foundation made for this purpose an exclusive range of condoms, "You & Me". The condoms will be distributed for free to the Gabonese youth around an original and innovative campaign based on the need to protect. The campaign will provide details on the initiative ’Safety first”.

In the same vein, they also announced the setting of a special camp called "Safety First Camp" aiming at attracting of young people to enjoy activities awareness and personalized advice with the staff of the campaign.
