Gabon to invest 3 billion CFA Francs to stop corruption

Gabon must invest 3 billion CFA francs to strengthen its fight against corruption and the laundering of capital, said on Friday in Libreville Vincent Le-Mali, President of the National Commission for the fight against illicit enrichment (CNLCEI ) of Gabon.
The objective of Vincent Le-Mali in this fight is to make Gabon a country free of corruption and money laundering. Last November 28th, Gabon had made a study for the establishment of a network of anti-corruption agencies of the member countries of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS). Libreville was chosen by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) as the seat of the Network of National Institutions for the fight against corruption in Central Africa.
