Sarah Myriam Mazouz takes Silver Medal
The Gabonese Judoka Sarah Myriam Mazouz walked away with the silver Medal during the 36th edition of the senior Judos African Championships which began yesterday at the gymnasium of the prytanée militaire in Libreville
Despite being host country, Gabon was not favorite and had only one good results with Myriam Mazouz (-78kg) which awarded the 2nd place after being defeated in final by the Algerian Abelaal M.
The least to say is that Maghreb stables (Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia) did overwhelm the competition and left Gabon no chance to shine during this judoka championship hub.
