Gabon’s Economy Minister receives UNFPA and Egyptian Ambassador

The Economy Minister, Régis IMMONGAULT received last Monday, a delegation of the United Nations funds for the population in Gabon(UNFPA), to work on the UNFPA framework plan, and on the next representatives consultation from 23 countries held by the of the Western and central Africa UNFPA Regional Bureau to host Gabon from June 30th to July 2nd.

The Egyptian delegation was led Mamadou KANTE and the Egyptian Ambassador in Gabon, Hisman Fathy M. MOSTAFA, as well as the Embassy consul, Ahmed ROUCHDY. Gabon’s minister took advantage to introduce and congratulate Mamadou KANTE for his recent appointment as new UNFPA representative resident.

The Foreign Ministers Régis IMMONGAULT and Hisham Fathy M. MOSTAFA have long discussed the next visit of the Egyptian President to aim at reinforcing the bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
