The BICIG pays students’ scholarships
As announced a month before, the payment of scholarship students through banks has started, and among the 5 banks selected by the government, this month it is only the International Bank for trade and industry of Gabon (Bicig) which started the payment of student’s scholarships on Wednesday, December 10th.
For now, it is its agency at Oloumi which assure the payment of student’s money. Students have to come with the BICIG bank account convention and their IDs and a duplicate.
Contrarily to what was announced previously, it is not for now that the students will possess their bank card, and only one among the five announced is already effective. This is bad news when we know that this bank payment was made to avoid queues and facilitate distribution. However, with only one agency for this month, having scholarship is once more a pain for students.
