The meeting fell within the framework of a joint programme centred on suggestions made by the Onudi regarding the reorganisation of the country’s economy which would be driven by public as well as private partners.

The overall objective of this meeting was for the United Nations mission for development and industry (Onudi) and the general direction to Industry to reach an agreement on the components of a joint programme they are embarking on.
