Gabon – Cote D’Ivoire for the 2017 AFCON qualifiers
Gabon’s panthers are classified in Group I for the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations (2017 AFCON). During those qualifiers, Gabon will face Sierra Leone Sudan and the Cote d’Ivoire. First game against the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire will take place at the Bouaké stadium of Cote D’Ivoire on June 14.
Though the Bouaké stadium renovating work is on process, these are supposed to be done before the D day of the game. Côte d’Ivoire-Gabon qualifiers match promises to be a great show with regard to staffing and the players’ shape in their various Championships.
Note that regardless of the outcome of this encounter for Gabon, as host country of the 2017 CAN, is immediately qualified for the competition.
