The Economic and Social Council (CES) opened last Tuesday its first 2015 regular session. "Self-employment in Gabon", “conversion of the social plans for deflated" and "water and electricity: cost and quality service" are the three themes selected for the session.

"The objective is to make of the Economic and Social Council (CES) a useful institution. The way to achieve this is that it should not be within the institution of the theorists, amateurs, yet fewer trainees. There must be as professionals, for a totally professional work”, said Paul Biyoghe Mba, CES president.

The regular sessions aims at tackling gabon’s daily issues through the choice of these three themes. To this end, Paul Biyoghe Mba invites the new members of the institution to show professionalism for the consideration of these issues.
