Gabon’s Water and Electricity Company launches emailing services

The Gabonese Water and Electricity Company announced yesterday the launch of their new emailing service which will send directly bills to their email addresses.

The company expects through this innovative application better people’s lives through the limitation of moves in agencies and post offices to get back invoices, monthly follow-up of the detailed consumptions of invoices, planning and regulation every month.

The customer will have to subscribe, from a sales agent, to an update of its sending charges by e-mail and/or Text message. "To every new invoice, we warn you by e-mail : the amount and the date of taking are clearly indicated. Since yourdevice, you can reach it at any time in complete safety to download or print) your invoice, either a documentary evidence of contract.
The electronic invoice has the same value as a paper invoice ", assured the Department Head customer support, Joël Boutier.

This new service is a completion to SMS, in MobilEdan, in steady extension of retailers’ network approved Edan and the effectiveness of the call center.
