Gabon’s Prime Minister received the new Labor Code

The new Gabon’s labor code, prepared by a tripartite commission, was handed on April 27th to Gabon’s Prime Minister, Professor Daniel Ona Ondo by the Labor Minister Simon Ntoutoume Emane and his deputy Philippe Mvé Nkoghé , and the Communication Minister, Denise Mekam’ne.

The Labor Minister did not fail to stress that the document was elaborated with respect to the International Bureau of Office”. And “the work has been done with social partners as part of the workshop made last Aprilo 22nd at the national Labor Office (ONE).

The new labor code that is constituted of 407 against 380 for the former code registers with the President’s will to see Gabon employment more flexible and more accessible for the youth.
