Gabon’s First lady at Clinton Global Initiative

Gabon’s first lady, Sylvia Bongo Ondimba, arrived last Tuesday afternoon in Marrakech to attend the inaugural Conference of the "Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) of Middle East and Africa", to be held from May 6 to 7.

At her arrival at Marrakech-Menara airport, Sylvia Bongo Ondimba was welcomed by the Moroccan Health Minister, Houcine El Ouardi, and the Gabonese Ambassador to morocco Abdu Razzaq Guy Kambogo.

The first lady of the Gabonese Republic was subsequently hailed by the wali of the region Marrakech-Tensift-El Haouz, Abdeslam Bikrat, president of the Council of the region, Ahmed Touizi, and by President Prefectural Council of Marrakech, Jamila Afif.

Sylvia Bongo Ondimba will attend the inaugural meeting of the first ’Clinton Global Initiative Middle East and Africa’ Conference and participate in panels contained in the programmed of the first meeting of the kind of CGI.
