As promised during a press conference held last August 18th, everything is ready to start this meeting themed “Agoa 15 years : sustainability of the business and investment partnership between the United States and Africa”. A chance for African and especially gabonese economic operators to sell their products on the American market.

“It is obvious that commercials trust Africa and that it is the achievement of a commercial future with US.” Said Linda Thomas Greenfield, delegate to the American representative in charge of African affairs. That is the target of the next AGOA edition.

AGOA helped some African countries to access the American market via the American government support. Countries members of AGOA are called to respect human rights, press and workers rights, all that is the key for a successful AGOA according to Linda T. G.
