The Economy Minister drew up a positive balance of Gabon’s economics growth last Monday during the Oxford Business group’s 5th anniversary of its implantation in the Gabonese soil.

“Until today, the incomes are in general satisfying” said Economy Minister Regis Immongault, accordingly with the Strategic Plan Emerging Gabon shortly reminded the growth since 2010. The growth rate has moved from 3% to 6% in average. The Minister showed the decrease of the oil impact on the economy to justify the effective diversification of the Gabonese economy.

This thanks to the modernization of the Gabonese legal framework. As for instance ; “The Mining and Oil code were modernized to give better inputs in that sector, and favor local transformation as well as ; reinforce social responsibility”
