BEAC to provide durable bills

The Central African States Bank provided to 6 African countries new durable bills of 500, 1000, 2000 CFA francs.

The bills were made especially to resist to aging via an improvement of the surface of the bills. This improvement aims to allow ab better circulation of the money.
Except the solidity of the bill, nothing has been changed, announced the BEAC.
The six countries in where the bills are available are Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Tchad, Central Africa (RCA) and Equatorial Guinea.
