Gabon Ecologie to create an eco-village

As part of its 5th anniversary, the NGO Gabon Ecologie announced the creation of an eco-village in Gabon to enhance permaculture, peaceful farming and agroforestry practices in the whole country.

As part of its 5th anniversary, the NGO Gabon Ecologie announced the creation of an eco-village in Gabon to enhance permaculture, peaceful farming and agroforestry practices in the whole country.

This project, which will strengthen the action of this association in the country in the province of the Moyen Ogooué mainly in Paris-Bifoun. Through this ecological village, the NGO Gabon ecology wants to promote the development of agriculture while abiding the principles established for sustainable development.

According to analyses and current forecasts from NGOs and organization such as the United Nations Food and Agriculture (FAO) green economy in the context of sustainable development remains today’s key solution for the fight against poverty and the extreme hardship in Gabon.

Gabon Ecologie is a non-governmental organisation of community development which was created on February 8, 2010. It brings together convinced citizens that human damage to the environment and health will soon be irreversible.
